This website is operated by Preluma Jewels, located at 1225, The Prime, Near Vakil Overbridge, Ambli T-Junction, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India – 380058. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Preluma Jewels, and "you" refers to the person using the website or buying from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

• We make every effort to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. However, slight differences in colour, shine, size or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of our pieces.
• Our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, and our diamond jewellery comes with a grading certificate where stated. Details such as karat, weight and stone specifications are shown on each product page.
• Most of our pieces are made to order. Small variations in weight and dimensions are normal in handmade jewellery.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices of gold and other materials can change. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is incorrect, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Delivery, exchanges, returns and cancellations are governed by our policies, which form part of these terms:

7. Customisation

If you ask for a customised or modified design, we will confirm the details and timeline with you before we start. Once you approve a custom design, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Please check all details carefully before you approve.

8. Discounts and Offers

Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no  value. We may change or withdraw any offer at any time. Codes used incorrectly or abused may be cancelled.

9. Jewellery Care

Fine jewellery lasts longest when it is looked after. Please remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or applying perfume and creams, wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth, and store it in its box. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidents or poor care is not covered by any return or exchange.

10. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preluma Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
