Every Preluma piece is made to order. It is crafted in 5-7 working days and then delivered across India. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Yes. Our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, and every piece comes with an authenticity certificate.
Yes. Fine gold jewellery is made to be worn. To keep it looking its best, remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising or applying perfume and creams, and store it in its box.
Yes. You can pay by UPI, cards, netbanking or Cash on Delivery at checkout.
Yes. If the size is not right, you can exchange your piece within 7 days of delivery. It must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with the certificate. Contact us and we will arrange it.
We're sorry if that happens. Contact us with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps), and we will sort it out quickly.
Every piece has a 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects. After 30 days, our paid lifetime service covers resizing, stone refixing, re-polishing and upgrades.

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length in mm. Send us the measurement and we will confirm your size. Measure at the end of the day, and if you are between two sizes, choose the bigger one.
